It all started with employee rounding...
Almost every MA/provider recognized Cori in my roundings this month for how outstanding of a job she is doing with all the swabbing. She basically took the bull by the horns and owned it. I'd like to do more than a thank you note this time, as literally, 10 people recognized her for how great she is doing.

When COVID hit here and we were in need of a staff member to swab multiple patients in a day, Cori stepped up to the plate and offered to do it herself. She explained how it would be easiest to do it out of the clinic and that she should be the person for the job. After that, there have been multiple days in a row where she has swabbed 50+ people for COVID both with symptoms or asymptomatic. She does this without complaint, and she has taken lead and ownership of this.
Cori has been recognized by numerous MA's and providers about how wonderful of a job she is doing and how she just keeps going with a positive attitude. She has put herself in an anxiety-provoking situation for the better of the team and the facility as a whole and does so with grace.
