My son came into the ER and we were frantic because we did not know what was wrong with him. Nurse Cori Ryan saw our fear and concern. She calmed us down, she was attentive and comforting. She took exceptional care of my son and took even better care of us, as a concerned family. She was knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis and supported us the entire time we were in the ER.
She established a trusting relationship between the hospital and us as the parents of the patient and also with my 14 year old son who was so distraught from his illness. Before we left my son said 'God bless Nurse Ryan for helping us and for helping all kinds of people that come into the ER.
