Corinne gave the elderly patient’s wife a ride home every evening until he was discharged.
Corinne is an outstanding nurse who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to her patients and families each and every day. She is a wonderful team player who is not afraid of hard work or helping others when in need, even if they are not her patients. A peer said “I will never forget when we had a patient on the floor whose wife used to walk to the hospital to see her husband. Every day, he would worry because his wife couldn’t stay at the hospital with him and he didn’t like for her to walk home alone after dark. Corinne gave the elderly patient’s wife a ride home every evening until he was discharged. I will never forget that!” Thank you Corinne for showing kindness and compassion.
