Cortland always goes above and beyond for his staff and patients. He really demonstrates such care and compassion that is so evident in each patient interaction he has. He truly listens and takes the time to connect with and fully hear the patient or family member, addressing any concerns or needs they may have. He was a huge advocate for my dad's medical care, ensuring all the necessary equipment and personnel were in place. He is a great leader in Med-Surg, which is such a challenging unit.
