Cory has been an excellent nurse to me and has gone above and beyond just his nursing duties. One morning I was supposed to have a heart catheter done, so I was NPO for the morning until getting the procedure. Due to an emergency with another patient, I was told that I would have it done later in the day. I was waiting for 4 hours to have it done and unfortunately due to stress of being in the hospital multiple days and anxiety due to the medical issues going on and not being able to have a meal for 9 hours, I was not a happy patient.
Thru this time, Cory stayed extremely kind and caring and requested that the procedure be pushed to the next day so that I could get some rest and something to eat to calm my nerves. I appreciate his kindness and caring so very much. He never once acted like I was being too much trouble (even though I was) and in fact displayed even more kindness towards me. He is the true definition of a caregiver and what a nurse should be. He should be recognized for his work and caring nature.

Cory has been so helpful taking care of my grandmother. He is attentive, kind, caring and answered all of our questions. He cares so much about his patients, and it means so much to us. As an MA (I work at a children's neuro clinic) - seeing a nurse acting the way he did, just means everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
