My husband was referred to the urology department at Muskogee VA for care (post-back surgery). Throughout many occasions seen there, Courtney was vital and a dedicated nurse he came to respect, depend upon, and “seek out” as she gained his trust each and every time he visited the clinic. She went far and beyond what was asked in any situation. She willingly provided a sense of empathy and compassion during a challenging process for him – making sure he was getting what he needed, sometimes even “improvising” to make sure his needs were met. I had a few occasions to see and share with her that confirmed my husband’s respect for her service. A very sweet, kind, trustworthy, respectful young lady, earning many more compliments than we can ever share here.
