I had been hospitalized in massive pain 3 days before I encountered Courtney. On the day she came, I had discovered a mass on my kidney but was having to wait around for tests. This happened to be my son’s senior night for high school basketball, and I was going to miss it. I shared this with Courtney, and she moved mountains to get my procedure moved up so that I could attend senior night for my son. She even called IR and gave them all my information so that when I called to do my new outpatient testing I had no trouble at all. She was kind and understanding. She cared about me.
