I was brought to the hospital via ambulance, thinking I was having a heart attack. Courtney was the nurse assigned, and from the very minute she put me at ease. With her calm demeanor and lighthearted conversation, I was immediately relaxed knowing I was in good care.

She answered all the questions I had or my wife's. I finally understand the term bedside manner. The empathy she showed to me, who was scared, not knowing what was happening. She was the person I needed at that time and for my stay in the ER until they moved me to the 6th floor.

I have had a few trips to the ER in the last 22 years, and never experienced care like that!
