She is such an attentive and caring nurse to all of her patients. She goes above and beyond to make them feel advocated for and well taken care of. She takes the time to educate her patients fully and to provide them with all the tools they need to care for themselves outside of the hospital setting. She also writes each patient a personal handwritten note when they are being discharged. There are so many small things that she does while caring for her patients that she does so much towards creating a caring bond and wonderful experience for them. She is a new graduate nurse, and the leaps and bounds she has made as a nurse is phenomenal from her start in January. She always seeks to educate herself and always finds ways to improve herself and her practice. She has become such a strong member of our team and a wonderfully strong and deeply caring nurse. She brings such joy to our unit always.
