We have had a lengthy hospital stay and have seen many nurses during our time here. Courtney Conway is by far one of the best we have encountered. She is high-energy, positive, and proactive regarding her patients and their needs, as well as those of the family members. Each day, she brings an amazing, positive energy that brightens the room. Her friendliness and caring nature are evident and sincere. Whenever we have had issues or need questions answered, she promptly addresses them, whether by looking something up or messaging a provider. She also possesses excellent time management skills. Even on occasions when she has seven patients due to staffing shortages, she makes the time to check on us and ensure our needs are met. We look forward to the days she is our nurse; on those days, we know we have nothing to worry about and will receive the very best care. She is an outstanding advocate for her patients, unafraid to speak up and share her concerns. She made a genuine connection with my mom, who is a patient, and with me, the family member at bedside. By doing this, she fostered a relationship of trust and honesty during a time when the patient is ill and vulnerable. We appreciate her so much!
