She fights for her staff when necessary, and we all feel that we are safe with her and trust her. She works endlessly to support her staff and other units around us.
Courtney is a wonderful leader with the ability to make us feel very heard, supported, and directed on our unit, Labor & Delivery in Carmel. I feel warmly welcomed by her each time she is on the unit, and believe her approachable manner helps us work better as a team. She is always a listening ear and helps us through all things: scheduling, precepting, conflict on the unit, and questions. She respectfully helps us navigate how we can best solve any problems we are going through. She sees us as individuals with families and lives outside of work, outside of employees, and never hesitates to be there for us, professionally and in general. She is an amazing manager & well deserving!

Courtney is the most approachable, clear communicator as a manager I've had as a labor and delivery nurse in over 10 years. She cares about her nurses and has high expectations for everyone. She takes every conversation and problem seriously and quickly addresses them.

Courtney is such a kind, caring manager. She is always willing to listen and help solve problems. She is there to help in any capacity possible and makes herself very available. She fights for her staff when necessary, and we all feel that we are safe with her and trust her. She works endlessly to support her staff and other units around us. When personal issues come up, she is always there to help figure out a solution because she believes in work-life balance and the overall health and well-being of all of her staff. Courtney goes above and beyond for us every day, and our entire staff will tell you that. She is no doubt the BEST manager I have ever had in my corner.

Courtney is awesome! She is one of the best leaders that I have had in my 31 years of nursing. Courtney is always available to answer questions, give advice, or jump into staffing when we are drowning. She is a big advocate for us nurses & truly cares about how we are doing. She is always present on the unit. She also values our input. She is a great listener & will try to help you with whatever you need. Courtney has been the best manager for our unit!
