I was a patient, 34 weeks pregnant with increasingly severe complications with my pregnancy. After another issue at a regular visit with my physician, I was then sent to my chosen birth hospital at St. Francis Medical Center.
I felt I wanted the proper staff, supervisors as well as, corporate to be fully aware of the excellent, highly motivated, and dedicated work with strong communication and interpersonal skills being performed by your employees especially one who touched my heart, Courtney.
The excellent and endless friendly treatment given by this hard-working and educated employee has left me with a true understanding of those hard-working members in this demanding, life-changing, while also delicate, and scary work field.
As a determined healthcare employee, she has made a sincere professional connection, while simultaneously invoking an impressive work ethic. Courtney's attention to detail had me in disbelief by her consistently verifying my comfort before leaving my room and checking on me often.

Her display and performance in her role gave me hope and security when I felt most alone with no family members after my emergency pre-mature labor.
