Courtney makes that special connection with her patients and families, going above and beyond in most everything she does is what makes her most special. One such scenario is an example of her patient care which made her a standout with this family:
A problem which was extremely pressing and affected the general health of the patient was handles to completion along with follow up by Courtney. It involved a dog which was locked up in the house with no food or water. Courtney worked with the patient to resolve the problem, even utilizing her own personal funds to communicate with outside resources to produce a successful conclusion. A great burden was lifted from the patient due to her generous caring. Others were involved but Courtney too it on with great success. There are times where this extra effort, although not directly related to a patient's health, can have an even greater affect.
