Courtney took great care of my mother. My family was in a car accident and had to travel between multiple hospitals to check on everyone.
When we couldn't be with Mom, Courtney brushed and braided her hair, bought her a book to read and even came to talk to her when she was not even assigned to her anymore.
She was great at keeping us informed of her health and making sure she was comfortable.
We all really appreciate her positive and caring attitude.
