When my father was first admitted to RI Hospital for an infection he was disoriented and in pain. Courtney went above and beyond to attend to my dad’s needs in a CARE way. She not only helped my father but was kind to my mother who has health issues as well.

Courtney checked in with me to make sure I understood and explained what they were doing for my dad’s care. She made my father feel special on his birthday while in the hospital. Courtney embodies all the criteria for the DAISY Award. The care was excellent!!

I truly believe that my dad’s improvement happened so quickly because of the care he received in Courtney’s care. She is amazing!!!!
