Courtney is an exceptional nurse. She is caring, kind, patient, and a happy go lucky nurse. She brightens my husband's day. My husband is very ill. He is now on a ventilator, and continues to get one infection after another. His Doctor informed him last week that he probably will not be able to be weaned off the ventilator as he is too weak. I mentioned to Courtney what the doctor told my husband. My husband is a full code status. He is scared of not knowing what to expect and worries about me and our sons, if he should pass away. Courtney said she would speak with him when he was ready to talk.
Courtney sat down, held his hand and took the time to listen to his questions and concerns. She is very compassionate. My husband is a little more at ease now, thanks to Courtney.
