Courtney has been recognized as a key clinical member of the orders product management group. She is dedicated to promoting safe processes while focused on the ease of use of our solutions. Whether she is getting into the weeds with user experience to craft clinical scenarios for usability testing, reviewing and prioritizing safer changes and behaviors in our products, or helping connect the clinical experience to the day-to-day decision making with our engineering team, Courtney is always passionate about nursing and the clinical design of our products holistically. She always follows our plans with us, helps explain complicated functional workflows to us, and in general acts as a leader for our teams. She guided our teams through a workshop explaining every workflow a patient and care provider would experience in a hospital. I truly believe it helped our team understand our work better and helps us make better decisions when designing. Outside of her daily work, she committed to multiple days of administering the Covid-19 vaccinations as part of Operation Safe Program.
