No matter how busy or stressed she is, Courtney is always willing to help the aides with their patients. If she sees the aide is busy, she will stop what she is doing to answer call lights. She always helps with bathing or repositioning or toileting patients, as well as helping other nurses when they need it. She is always happy and friendly and she always does it with a smile! She genuinely loves her job and is always amazing with the patients.
