I can't say enough about how wonderful Courtney has been through the process of my Grandma J passing away. She was with us the day she passed and was very attentive to my Grandma and family's needs. She definitely went above and beyond many times for us, including getting in touch with the Red Cross to relay the message to my cousin that Grandma had passed. She didn't have to do that for us but did it with a smile on her face. The compassion she showed to us was extraordinary and we will forever hold that in our hearts and be eternally grateful!
