Hands down the best care I have ever received. Outstanding care. She was compassionate, attentive, responded quickly with everything and anything I or my family needed. Courtney answered all our questions. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had (I know she was busy). She genuinely seemed to care about me and my pain, etc. You can tell she loves her job and truly cares for her patients. She has a smile that lights up the room and makes you feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for better care. Courtney went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I feel blessed she was on duty after my surgery. Southview is lucky to have such an incredible person/nurse on their staff. I thank her for her care and truly appreciate all she did. She is an incredible example for all nurses. Nurses have a hard job but very noble. I am so thankful for her.
