Courtney has grown in her skills and knowledge since she started as a new grad in 2013 on the floor. Courtney can take all our unit's specialties and has worked hard to understand the various disease processes that we see. She is dedicated to giving great care to her patients and be a patient advocate. Her conscientiousness to her families when caring for their loved one is evident. Courtney continues to grow in her leadership skills. She is well liked by her teammates and always has a smile on her face. Her bubbly personality is contagious.
