Courtney Kopacz 2024, R.N.

My wife came into the ER and was admitted into Observation. Courtney Kopacz was very friendly and nice. She also helped me out, answered any questions I had, and talked to me about what was going on with my wife. The house doctor was going to discharge her even though there was something wrong with my wife. Courtney was very helpful in getting what needed to be done, even when the house doctor cleared her. She went above and beyond to help me and my wife out. I cannot express my gratitude for her; she was an outstanding nurse. I can say this wholeheartedly: she is the best nurse I have had for a family member. She genuinely cares for her patients. With my grandparents being there a lot before they passed, Courtney is by far the best nurse I have had the pleasure of talking to and dealing with.
