Courtney Kroll, RN

When talking about excellent patient and family care, Courtney is the perfect example! Our mother was admitted to Medina Hospital and Courtney was our main nurse for approximately 4 days. She took the time to get to know our family and to really get to know our mother. She went above and beyond for us and her care. She treated her with dignity and respect which not all nurses or caregivers do. When the doctors had to come in and give us pretty heavy information, she took the time after he left to comfort us, explain everything in a little more detail, and help us wrap our heads around everything that was happening next. Courtney’s sense of humor, attention to detail, and willingness to provide over-the-top care and help have made our current stay beyond what we expected. Without Courtney, I feel that we would have been overwhelmed, and over-emotional and would not be in the balanced head space that we are in. Thank you for providing exceptional care to not only your patients but to their families as well.
