My husband was in a terrible accident and almost lost his life. Courtney was very consistent with his care and very educational and kept us updated during his whole stay. She took the time to explain everything in depth when we had hundreds of questions. There was a lot going on during his stay leaving us with questions at sometimes but she always made sure to tend to his needs and even my family's needs, from explaining medicines and why it was prescribed to simple things like replenishing ice bags, making sure he had fresh water and making sure he was comfortable throughout her shifts. We were happy to have her caring for him for 3 days in a row and her care made all the difference in the world. Courtney truly has a passion for what she does and how she treats patients and families. By the end of day 2 with her, I felt like she was part of the family and really wanted the best for my husband. She consistently went above and beyond and I know she will continue to be a wonderful nurse and anyone will be lucky to have her as their nurse.
