Courtney works hard to make sure each patient is treated like her own family. On any given night her roles include Charge Nurse, Triage Nurse, HUC and staff nurse. She performs these roles without complaint. She is an advocate for all the nursing staff in the Family Birth Center, whether it be L&D, Couplet Care or the Nursery and used her communication abilities and skills to facilitate a great team each night she works.
