Courtney Luedtke 3, RN

Courtney always goes above and beyond for our unit as a charge nurse, support person and friend. When she is in charge on the unit nurses know they are always supported. Her assignments are always fair. She makes every effort to get all staff lunch breaks. She comes in to all of the deliveries. She is always in the room to help when complications arise and is the first one running down the hall when the emergency call light goes off.

When my nephew was murdered, Courtney was one of the first nurses to reach out to me. She collected over $1,000 to donate to our family. Fundraised to have a leaf dedicated to my nephew that would be placed on the tree of life and was one of four nurses who went to the mortuary to make hand molds for my brother and sister in law.

Courtney is loving and hardworking and exemplifies a true DAISY Nurse.
