Courtney was extra attentive. She explained all the processes each time she did something. She never got upset by all the questions that I was asking, and her attitude never changed. That means a lot, especially when you are not the only patient being looked after. Attitude plays a big role in this industry, and she has a great one!

She was kind enough to make sure I was okay, along with my dad’s needs. Anytime something was needed, she was right there to accommodate us. She has gone above in customer service. Her accountability and commitment are wonderful.

Thank you, Courtney, for being a part of this great hospital staff. Thank you, Atrium, for wisely choosing a person who is so compassionate. It helps the loved ones and the patient feel comfortable while trying to recover.
