Courtney was the day nurse for my husband the day after he had open-heart surgery. Her being there was especially critical as during the night my husband had been bleeding. Courtney arrived, assessed the critical nature of the situation, and contacted everyone she needed to contact in order to get him back to surgery to stop the bleeding within about 30 minutes from her time of arrival. She showed exceptional judgment, leadership, and professionalism in the face of extreme stress. She will forever be our hero!
