We all know a "Courtney" - They are the backbone of our world right now in every unit of every country that has access to a hospital. She doesn't do it for the money. She is too humble. She does it because labor and delivery is her passion and with this pandemic, she exposes herself daily to help just ONE more person like she helped my husband and me.

Her patients are not a number, her work is not just a job she clicks in and out of, it is her joy and radiates it. She is not simply a nurse.
