Courtney has a willingness and compassion that goes above and beyond a typical nurse. She listened to everything I had to say. She made me feel safe. She had some solid food for me knowing that I had not eaten for 20 hours so I was able to have a good night's sleep. She washed my hair and shaved me after surgery.
