Courtney has the biggest heart. She provides great nursing care to her patients as well as compassion no matter the patient. She has an attitude that radiates positivity and "can do". She accepts every difficult situation as a challenge and does everything she can to offer support to those around her. She loves being a part of the Cox Monett team and encourages and builds positive relationships between those within her department and work-family. Courtney is a prime example of human kindness. She is a very caring, energetic, hard-working, career orientated person.
