Courtney Nichols, RN

I’ve met many nurses during my stay here, and they have been fantastic. Courtney Nichols stands out for so many attributes, so many that I am sure I have forgotten some. Courtney smiles, and her eyes light up. Her focus is always on the patient, and she isn’t in a hurry to refocus until the patient is calmed and has run out of questions or concerns. She is efficient and organized and comes in with a plan, or at least a plan on how to start meeting my needs. She is solution-oriented and has a wonderful sense of humor. Courtney goes the extra mile to see that I am comfortable and stable. She checks in frequently in between me pushing a button. I am so impressed with the knowledge and skill of the staff here, especially Courtney. I am not just a number. Thank you for your skills, as that’s where the magic begins.
