Courtney Rithamel, RN

I nominated Courtney for her kindness and professionalism when she inserted a catheter into my bladder. At times, it was painful, but for the rest of the time, it was painless. Courtney was very caring while asking me questions for her chart. She explained everything she was going to do, and then with ease, she proceeded. We talked a lot about the severe storm and how she had to rush to work ahead of the dark skies. She had a way of calming me down through the procedure. Her kind smile and little giggles helped too. Courtney explained what I should do if the catheter became clogged up again. She is an excellent worker with a lot of experience. I wanted to thank you personally for all she said and did.
