When my mom was preparing for her mastectomy, she was very nervous and scared. Nurse Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my mom was not only comfortable but also cared for in every way. She took the time to explain each step, answer our questions with patience, and reassured my mom when she needed it most.  

What stood out to me most was how Courtney didn’t just care for my mom as a patient but cared for us as a family. She made conversation with me, checked in on how I was doing, and created an environment where we both felt supported. Her compassion and calm presence eased our fears during such a difficult time.               

As someone who hopes to become a nurse myself one day, I found Courtney’s example deeply inspiring. Watching her care for my mom with such dedication showed me the kind of nurse I want to be. She left a lasting impact on both of us, and we are so grateful for her.
