Courtney Sharp, RN

My 10-year-old daughter was in for possible appendicitis. Mr. Courtney handled her so well and had the perfect humor and bedside manner to keep her calm while speaking thoroughly with her about her situation. She felt very seen, heard, and respected by him because he spoke TO her and asked her questions, instead of asking me. She and I both appreciated the level of care and respect she received from Mr. Courtney. He was very professional and also very relational. My daughter said, "he is someone I won't ever forget, Mom."
