Courtney is an exemplary human being, extremely kind; puts her patient at ease with her friendly, knowledgeable, and painstakingly diligent care. One small example from her 3 days with us: when Courtney came to my son's circumcision, her instructions were extremely detailed, precise and she must have asked us 5 times whether she could answer any more questions. Even the way she asked was so beautiful like it did not feel we were a burden. Overall amazing experience at this hospital and in the end, we went home tearfully thankful.
