Courtney repeatedly went above and beyond for me and my family, and I am sure she does the same for all of her patients. My service dog was seriously injured while I was in the hospital and my family was unable to be with me. Courtney knew how depressed and upset I was, so she called a volunteer service to have a therapy dog come and visit me.
Also, before a procedure I was extremely nervous about, Courtney brought me an orange because she said that she had read the smell was therapeutic and helped lower anxiety. Her thoughtfulness and care meant the world to me as well as my family. All of her patients are blessed to be cared for by such an incredible nurse and human.
