While prepping my husband for his knee repair surgery, Courtney was extremely pleasant, informative, and immediately put us at ease. Courtney was so pleasant and friendly despite the early hour! (Prior to 7:30 a.m.) She explained each step clearly and kindly. She was relaxed and joking with both of us, but not in a way that was unprofessional. She easily answered all of our questions and quickly put us at ease. She is the perfect nurse to relax patients and their families at a time (preop) when everyone is somewhat nervous and apprehensive! Thank you, Courtney!
