P- From the moment she opened the door and called my name, I was impressed with her easy and authentic passion for the professional aspect of nursing. Her quick introduction of herself and inclusion of my spouse was wonderful.
E- Given the level of pain I was experiencing when admitted, she showed great compassion and sympathy.

A – Courtnie’s sweet personality and easy and calm manner impressed me. Her eyes sparkle, her smile is genuine, and her professional treatment met my idea of nursing.
