P- From the moment she opened the door and called my name, I was impressed with her easy and authentic passion for the professional aspect of nursing.  Her quick introduction of herself and inclusion of my spouse was wonderful.  
E- Given the level of pain I was experiencing when admitted, she showed great compassion and sympathy.
T- AS stated above, Courtnie quickly included my spouse.  I was impressed with the quick and easy sense of trust.
A – Courtnie’s sweet personality and easy and calm manner impressed me.  Her eyes sparkle, her smile is genuine, and her professional treatment met my idea of nursing.
L – Courtnie exhibited a true love of her profession.  Her heart was obvious in her approach to patient care.
S – I believe Courtnie’s selflessness was demonstrated by her cheerfulness, sweetness, and professionalism, and all were apparent at 10:00 p.m. The Night shift is not easy, yet she showed such joy and sunshine with her care.
