Craig put me at ease as soon as he entered the room. After much difficulty with others trying to find a vein, he came in with the vein tool and got it on the first try. Craig answered the tech’s questions quickly and was willing to come to X-Ray if there was a problem. Thankfully her assurance to the tech that all was fine was true. She was very good at explaining what was causing my issues, which, once again, put me at ease. He was very compassionate and caring and made the experience much easier for me. He was great and deserves to be recognized for the wonderful job he is doing.
