Craig was nominated by several patients, as well as his co-workers. The nominations highlighted his excellent clinical skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. Craig's nominations were summed up by a patient who shared that, despite an unexpected and frightening visit to the Emergency Department, he "made things less scary and always explained everything." Craig is an excellent example of the "heart" of nursing and a grateful patient said this, "His caring made my stay so much easier and I will be forever grateful."
