I just wanted to take the time to say “Thank You” to my nurse, Craig. You are a person who deserves a high level of respect, kindness, fairness, caring, trustworthiness, empathy, and most importantly, you have shown a level of compassion to me without judgment or callousness. I am very grateful, you were the only one during my stay who totally made me feel like you cared and for that, I am very grateful and appreciative.

Craig has gone above and beyond just being a nurse and taking care of his patients’ needs. In addition to this letter, Craig is also a valued and participatory member of his Employee Advisory Group at North Florida Hospital. He always comes to the meetings with positive ideas of how the hospital can improve and advocates for his colleagues on his unit by sharing opportunities to improve the employee experience.
