Craig helped me adjust after my surgery. Craig copied information to allow me to understand my ailments and their treatment. Craig and I are closer in age than most of the staff and were able to share personal stories. When Craig came back from 3 days off, he came to my room to see how I was doing. Many times, it is not a single episode or event, but the overall treatment and care. Thank you, Craig!
