My mother was in for foot surgery. She is easily confused and forgetful. No matter how many times Craig had to explain why she was there and what was being done, he maintained patience. He treated her with dignity and was respectful in regard to her personally and to the procedure being done. He was always able to provide reassurance. He also brought laughter and positivity. I could trust someone in his care without hesitation. He is the best! Thank you, Craig!
