My father-in-law was in the ICU experiencing heart failure. Craig was exceptionally compassionate towards our family and our needs. He was calm and took time to explain procedures to us. When it was decided hospice care was taking place, he went out of his way to make my father-in-law comfortable. He shaved him, brushed his teeth, and got him fresh water. He showed extraordinary compassion towards our family.
