Crissy was excellent when my mother was a patient. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional, and we were grateful that she took extra time to connect with my mother (patient) and me (the daughter and caregiver). Her listening skills were exceptional. Out of all the staff that my mother had during her two recent hospital visits (13 days and 3 days) Crissy was the best. It's not easy to develop a relationship with an ill 98-year-old, but Crissy was outstanding in gaining the trust of my mother. She met every need and was gentle and compassionate. Her interactions with her orientee, who she was training, were thoughtful, instructional, and clear.
