Cristi was my first nurse when I was moved from Labor and Delivery to Mother/Baby after my c-section. She was very attentive. When I started showing signs of complications, she was very pro-active and quick acting to intervene and get me moved back over to labor and delivery. She kept my husband and family informed, worked effectively with co-workers to communicate her concern, and assured she would care for my newborn while I was back in L & D. Once I was back in L & D, Cristi came multiple times to check on me and update on our baby's status. She prayed with me and helped calm me as I was scared. Once things settled down she came and checked on us several times. I am so grateful for Cristi for her kind and calming care, in-depth assessment, intervention and effective communication. If she wouldn't have been so attentive, my outcome and situation could have ended very differently. I will always remember the excellent care that Cristi provided surrounding our daughter's birth.
