Cristina was recognized by her nurse manager for excellent assessment skills. While discharging a patient, Cristina noticed the patient was anxious; after talking with Cristina, the patient mentioned she didn't feel safe going home. Cristina collaborated with a physician to get the patient readmitted and get Social Work involved.
