Cristina is one of the many but very special nurses at ESJH. I remember when I started back 3 years ago as a CNA, 4S was one of the busiest, and hardest floors to work on. I dreaded working there until I met Cristina! Right off the bat, she was very welcoming, hands-on, and so eager to jump right in and help me, even when it wasn't her patient. She assured me that everything will be ok and that she would help me as much as she could, and did just that! I'm currently in nursing school, and Cristina is already recruiting me to 4S! Her energy, smile, and heartwarming presence are much needed, especially in the time of this pandemic. She is super funny and goes above and beyond not just for the patients, but for her coworkers too. Every chance I work, I make it my business to see Cristina! She always has so many nice things to say, asks me about school, could she help me with anything, etc. I'm so glad that I've met her and we are truly blessed to have an amazing nurse like her working for our team.

When I actually finish nursing school, I would really love for her to be my preceptor and teach me all that she knows. She has taught me so much about 4S, that now I plan on taking a position there because of the difference she made within me! I know she will be great at doing that! So I would really love that this beautiful, warm-hearted, passionate nurse to receive her flowers while she's still here! I love her dearly and enjoy working with her, getting advice from her, and just seeing how great she interacts with all of the patients she deals with on a daily basis! Cristina, you are a rock star, and thank you for all that you do!
