Cristina has been our daughter's nurse since J came down from ICU to the 2nd floor ABI-MW back in October 2019. Since that day, Cristina has been dedicated and compassionate to our daughter. She's also an excellent educator too! She taught us many important techniques that will help us when J is released as an inpatient. We are forever grateful for that! Cristina is very intuitive and an amazing advocate for our daughter's needs. She's a very compassionate nurse not only to our daughter and our family but for other families as well. Cristina truly represents what we feel Shepherd is all about. She is an exemplary nurse.
